Hello and thanks for stopping by for the CEO message.
I am forever honored that our team speaks about our work as impactful. We recently had an intern do their final presentation and they spoke about our company. They spoke about how we give opportunities for real work; for impactful work. When I think of our mission statement to create livelihood for those marginalized, underrepresented and yet just as qualified it also speaks to our internal team. Our team is primarily women and people of color. Be design, we give opportunities for all and that is the legacy and impact I am proud that this company has.
Our firm values engagement, community and impact. I recently learned that as an INTJ I am a rarity. As an INTJ, our firm offers highly innovative and out of the box thinking to help clients with business programs with a community and inclusion lens. This can be a strategic advantage to help to win bids. Sometimes referred to as the "Architect," or the "Strategist," people with INTJ personalities are highly analytical, creative and logical.
We are one of the rarest personality types and being among the most capable people, Architects know this all too well. We make up just two percent of the population, and women with this personality type are especially rare, forming only 0.8%.
What this means to our clients is we create innovative out of the box collaborative approaches all with a community and inclusion lens.
