Hello and thanks for stopping by for the CEO message. Our firm values engagement, community and impact. I recently learned that as an INTJ I am a rarity. As an INTJ, our firm offers highly innovative and out of the box thinking to help clients with business programs with a community and inclusion lens. This can be a strategic advantage to help to win bids. Sometimes referred to as the "Architect," or the "Strategist," people with INTJ personalities are highly analytical, creative and logical.
We are one of the rarest personality types and being among the most capable people, Architects know this all too well. We make up just two percent of the population, and women with this personality type are especially rare, forming only 0.8%.
What this means to our clients is we create innovative out of the box collaborative approaches all with a community and inclusion lens.
